About us

Hi my name is Joe. I've been providing my maintenance skills to the low country for over 10 years now. Going from a Maintenance tech to a Chief Engineer & also teaching (BMR) Building Maintenance Repair at Centrua College. Now I'm trying to take the next step into having my own small maintenance repair business. I have everything in place and now I want to start taking on jobs and clients. No job is to small (really). I have several certification just to name a few ( HVAC, EPA, CPO, OSHA with 10 year experience. So if your looking to give a fellow South Carolinian a chance call me.

We own a vacation rental in Myrtle Beach, SC. We live in upstate NY, so finding the time to maintain our property is very difficult, and responding to emergencies is impossible. That's where these guys come in! They do quality work at a fair price, and they respond to inquiries right away. They are honest and trustworthy, and I find comfort in knowing that they will take care of all of my home renovation and repair needs when I cannot.

It went very well. Mr. Joe initially called to learned the details of my problems, he asked questions and offered solutions in an effort for me to complete the project. He was very responsive and answered questions. He arrived when he said he would. Upon arriving he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. I would use him again and will refer him to my family and friends.
