"We called, interviewed and reached out to over 25 builders when starting to plan our ground-up build in Old Mount Pleasant. After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. Chris gave his honest opinion and was very forthcoming with all information. I'm happy to say we love the result of our home and made two new friends in the process."

"They did do a great job, however as a disabled Veteran that cannot use a tall ladder, it was a very costly venture for reattaching one simple piece of siding that came loose, not replaced or broken. All it needed was reattaching. They took a total of 5 mins then took a total of $125. Was told I got a deal, normally it's $150? Wow..."

Exhausted from four days and nights at sea I spent my first night sleeping in my brand new bedroom. Thank you guys so much. The job is perfect in every sense. I Love it.! "Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
