"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

"first wall oven delivered was supposedly a new floor model. was not working 2 days after. checked serial # and found out it was a 2013 model. took 4 months to replace with a less expensive new model which was installed sticking out of the cabinet 3-4 ". No refund ever given for the overcharge. No response to texts except to say he was coming but never showed up. both his cell and office number cannot accept messages as the mailbox is always full. 7 months later I am $700.00+ not refunded, no response, and an oven sticking out of the cabinet........"
