We were very disappointed. When we first went into the store, Jeff appeared to be very excited to help us. He took over an hour with us talking about options and promised prices within a few days. Then--nothing. We never heard anything from him. We called him twice. Once he promised the price quote that day. However, we just seemed to fall off his radar. It was very disappointing, but I suppose a silver lining in that I would have never known if the install would have gone well. Cannot recommend Signature as a result of our experience.

Description of Work
Signature Appliance is very good. We have bought all our kitchen appliances from them for the last 8 years and will continue to do so as needed. I can't say the same for their parent company Signature Kitchens and Baths of Charleston; they are marginal at best.
