Best appliance service call in years. Technician took time to go online and first search out the problem rather than just immediately ordering a replacement part. A solution was found that worked perfectly after a simple repositioning of the part in question. In my experience that was a first.

The technician walked in and almost immediately knew that what I thought was broken was actually working the way it is supposed to. One of my cooktop burners is just a warmer not for cooking. The previous company ordered a part and had me wait 3 months to install it. Because of scheduling issues the other company never got the opportunity to do the install that I found out was never needed from the beginning. Trustworthiness these days is priceless and this company has it.

Mr Dave called before coming, very friendly, ask what problem was, jumped right in. I ask if I could watch over his shoulder and he said yes. Quickly fixed problem and ask if anything else needed attention. I said no, but he notice Refrig door was dragging and he fixed it. Pleasant conversation and out the door.

Answered all my questions, and suggested I call Whirlpool and ask whether they would cover my dishwasher repair since it recently passed the warranty period.
