"Carpet is great, they can always giver you 50% off to make it quite competitive. Install appointment pushed back one week due to weather. Installers showed up with the wrong pad, paid for highest quality but salesperson put in wrong order (maybe for extra commission?). They returned two days later to do install but I lost a day of work, of which I was not reimbursed. Installers were great."
