Legacy Fence

If you need a fence installed it is not necessary to stress out. Just give Legacy a call, and you will not regret it. I rarely give reviews unless a place is so bad you do not want anybody else to go thru what you did, or is so good that you are confident everybody else will like it. I am very confident anybody who hires Legacy will be very happy, as 98% of the previous reviews will attest to. From the office staff( Tammy, Jessica to name 2) to Phil and his installers everybody is as nice as can be, and extremely professional. Saw them install a fence across the street from me and saw the professionalism right away. I am a tradesman myself, so I know professionals when I see them. I called for an estimate and they had someone out to measure my yard right away. Got a better price than anywhere else by hundreds. They called the utility co. to mark the utility lines. Showed up when they said they would and put in a whole productive day for the 2 days it took them to do both my fence, and my neighbors fence as well, as he was impressed with them as well, so we done ours together. Now I'm not saying you should not do your due diligence and get a few quotes and research reviews and what not, but am confident you will end up feeling more than comfortable with Legacy, and not regret your decision to go with them. I mainly had interaction with a young lady named Jessica. I never met her face to face but from our interactions over the phone I found her to be very professional and an absolute joy to deal with. The installers were on time they proformed the install in a timely manner. The price was well below other estimates and done correctly. I would definitely recommend Legacy fence to others.

My husband and I hired Legacy for a job that was very important. We needed a fence for our blind special needs dog. They got to as soon as possible and put the fence up, and their crew was AWESOME!!! We will be using them for other projects as well.

Outstanding job done by Legacy Fence Co...Had a new gate built and installed to replace existing gate...New gate built was superior in quality and workmanship to the original....Installers were prompt , polite , and professional....Price was far lower than one of their competitors with comparable credentials and reputation....Office lady Jessica that I communicated with was wonderful to deal with.....Very happy with the new gate , which I must say looks beautiful ,and the whole process from start to finish.... If I ever need anything fence or deck related I will be going with them and I do highly recommend them as well.. Definitely five stars all the way !

My husband and I were blown away with Legacy Ranch and Fence Company, Their workmanship, work ethic, customer service, and friendliness is off the charts. We had an old fence removed and a new fence installed, and a shed built. First, they come when they say they going to come. They all are friendly, including Tammy, who works out of the office. The fence and shed crew were accommodating and everyone worked together as a team that takes pride in their work. Both the fence and the shed, are sturdy, and built to last. They ALL exceeded our expectations by 100%. The icing on the cake.....very affordable and absolutely worth every dollar, and more . I will definitely use them in the future for other projects. I m thinking... maybe a gazebo, next. 😁

They were timely, performed job in a day and a half, respective to rainy weather. Responsive to communications. When pursued & or questioned, were suggestive of alternate means of accomplishing the job within perspective budget.

Legacy fence company is the best fence company I've ever used. All of their staff was kind and considerate answered all my questions and a installers also was excellent . They came in on a Friday morning and was completed by Friday afternoon . They hauled off all the rubbage and debris also they they cleaned up behind themselves 100% . They installed to 12 ft drive gates , and installed the PVC vinyl privacy fence. I would recommend them to anyone their price was great. I received their estimate on Wednesday. It was significantly lower than I expected. They were able to start (and finish) the work on Thursday. The only "problem" I had was that the cleanup could have been better. However, I the fence installation was done well. Thank you!

Everyone I spoke and dealt with was very nice. Everything that was discussed happened as discussed and in a timely manner. The appt time of the quote, the time for the work, how long it would take. All of these things happened as was discussed. I would recommend them and use them for anything fence work related.

Legacy Fence is an amazing company. Their customer care went above and beyond what one would expect. The work was completed in a timely manner and the fence looks wonderful!

Told me one price on the phone but when they came the price jumped. I was have my storage shed delivered that day so I had no other choice but to pay. They knew upfront my storage shed was being delivered that day(in a couple of hours),thats why I think they went up. They did the work put did not clean up afterwards. They left rocked concrete all over. My neighbors door entrance had to come down, so when came time to put it back up, they put it back up too high. They came back to drop it down but not after giving me attitude when I asked questions about the service that was rendered. Then, my entry door was left down, granted my fiance and I took up one pole ourselves before they came. So, they informed me that since we did it, they would charge 150.00 extra to complete it. I agreed to pay the 150.00. After they completed the original work, I thought they were gonna finish my small entry way/door. They then tell me that they cant do it and they will do it if they are in the area again because the job was too small. Too small They were already at my home! My whole experience with them was bad! They even got an attitude when I asked twice for a receipt. Needless to say, Ill have to hire someone else to put the door up....gladly!! I wouldnt hire them again to do NOTHING! I asked if they put enough concrete to hold the poles in place because the originals had more concrete and what they did had alot less. They said yes. I will call them if any problems should arise will my gate not being stable. I notice some other issues with the work but at this point, calling them to correct it is pointless because they are going to give me every excuse and justification in the book that its right and its clearly not!A scale of 1-10. I give them a 2. Poor customer service, sloppy work!

This team is very efficient great quality and good value. Would highly recommend Legacy Fence Company. Tammy is a dream to work with in scheduling your appointment. Tony who came and gave us the bid was very professional. And knew his stuff. The guys that came the day to install the fence were very nice and well prepared. A day job for us. I dont think you will find a better company for the workmanship or price.
