"Scott was great and his helper Ray was very thorough. I had them come out for a musty smell in my HVAC ducts. They cleaned all the vents and returns, then fogged them after they were finished. He even offered to come back out and fog again if needed and I did end up calling them back out for a second fog because of a faint smell in one of the rooms. He came out free of charge the second time. Very good service and I would recommend! The smell is gone!"

"Preferred Home Services installed a brand new Split unit HVAC system including ductwork. They were fast efficient extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing before during and after they did it. Most importantly they cleaned up afterwards, to the point you couldn't even tell they were here. I also had them install a brand new water heater while they were at it. Everything is brand new and up to code I am very pleased. Thank you Angie's List for the referral. "Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"
