I have: Spent approximately 10 years in residential remodeling in various trade capacities. I was (and am) the owner of a small handyman service, and have 10 years experience as an apartment maintence tech and supervisor. This has afforded me a variety skills with proficiencies in some. I can do: —Basic framing and finish carpentry —Drywall repair —Door and window installations —Cabinet refinishing —Finish plumbing basically anything outside the wall: toilet, sink, faucet, and disposal repair and replacement, and clearing of drain clogs. —I can handle (small) flood remediation/restoration jobs —Appliance repair and replacement —Finish electrical work—basically anything outside the walls: light and ceiling fan replacements/installs, switches and outlets, dimmers and basic troubleshooting. —I also have varied HVAC service and repair experience. —I can troubleshoot and resolve most heating and air conditioning system failures at the fraction of the cost of a typical HVAC company.
