he knew exactly what he was looking at, looking for, and possible issues with my Pentair system, including some "improve wiring and set up" by the original installers. he updated it, fixed the heater, changed cells, spotted leaks and was able to explain how parts with specific moving parts had heated and dried in the direct sun
