I can do: —Basic framing and finish carpentry —Drywall repair —Door and window installations —Cabinet refinishing —Finish plumbing basically anything outside the wall: toilet, sink, faucet, and disposal repair and replacement, and clearing of drain clogs. —I can handle (small) flood remediation/restoration jobs —Appliance repair and replacement —Finish electrical work—basically anything outside the walls: light and ceiling fan replacements/installs, switches and outlets, dimmers and basic troubleshooting. —I also have varied HVAC service and repair experience. —I can troubleshoot and resolve most heating and air conditioning system failures at the fraction of the cost of a typical HVAC company.
