"Just moved to Myrtle Beach. The former homeowner highly recommended ARS to maintain the two Carrier heat pumps ARS installed. So we joined the PROS Club @ ARS. Very happy to learn that ARS also does plumbing and electrical. Weâ ve already used Plumber Alan to fix a toilet problem. Electrician Shane installed a whole house surge protector, installed surge protectors on both ACs and both air handlers, and installed a plug at the electrical box for a power generator. Electrician Bill followed up to investigate why certain lights flicker when the clothes washer agitates. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clearly described how they would help us. The PROS Club reduced our costs and helped us receive help sooner. "Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman that came out to fix my air unit. It was not actually the unit itself, but the ductwork that goes from one side of the house to the other was in terrible condition. Definitely needed repair. Holes in it big enough to put a clothes basket in it was no wonder that It was amazing. Their service is great so I would definitely recommend them to anybody that had air-conditioning problems or plumbing problems. "I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail.
