I was walking into Lowe's on Wade Hampton and one of the workers took a picture of my backside. I could see his phone reflected in the automatic doors and then he laughed with his buddy he was with.

Words cannot begin to express what an amazing job Moss Painting did on the exterior of my home. My home was built in 1962 and Moss Painting brought it into the 21st century in 3 days. The facelift he gave my home rivals that of something you would see on HGTV. John showed up on time, stayed on budget, and was honest in his assessment of what needed to be done. He and his crew Were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up everyday before they left. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

It went great! John knew his "stuff" to put it on my terms! He explained different paints, the coverage, the texture, and also was very reasonable in the pricing. His workmanship was outstanding!! The bottom line is John is a good worker and a good guy!! ( His assistent Tyler was also helpful and a good person.) Will definitely hire again!!!

Moss Painting did careful prep work, including pressure washing, scraping, caulking, and replacing boards as needed. They did multiple coats on all painted and stained wood. They worked hard through very tough heat, and cleaned up well after themselves. Everything looks great.

We had them update all the oak wood paneling, trim, windows and walls throughout our home with fresh neutral colors. We were blown away by their services and the end results. They were punctual, professional, and swift. I still can't believe how fast they were able to complete the job and with such precision. Everything looks amazing. They even had me do a walk through with them; to make sure I was satisfied and that they didn't miss anything. I highly recommend this family oriented business. We plan on hiring them for several more projcts!

Everything went just as planned and they were finished right on time. I have hired them for another job at my work.

We recently bought a nearly $500k home. I hired John because I wanted to give him a chance and he spoke of the hardships he recently faced. My husband and I empathized. John's crew showed zero respect for our house and worked about 4-5 hours a day and could not keep to a completion date. Half of the crew would stand around watching the other half. The baseboards were repeatedly damaged and chipped with equipment being knocked into them. There was paint on our hardwood floors. They would leave open paint cans on the hardwood floor. The fireplace and the kitchen cabinets were painted twice because the first time they looked like they were melting from the paint drips. The second time was no better. The paint peels off of the painted doors, which was something I repeatedly stated as a concern of mine prior to the start of the job. The banister and spindles also looked textured after being painted and will need to be stripped to restore them. They left trash in our yard. Cigarette butts in our house on the floor. The outside water was left on twice wasting over 600 gallons of water and flooding our flower bed and shifting the pavers. When confronted on the issues, John accused the crew of quitting because of my husband harassing them. My husband bought them pizza, water, soda, and only ever spoke of the issues with John. We let John bring his son to our house when he had childcare issues. After we dismissed them from the job, John threatened to bring the sheriff to our house, continually warned us not to damage his equipment, and demanded that we give him the paint that was purchased for our job and paid for by us back to him. If you love your house. You may want to pass on this.

Wonderful job! We couldn't be happier. We walked through the Project in detail as to what we wanted. We really appreciated that John asked good questions to insure we were on the same page. He and his crew started as scheduled and kept in good communication during the process. He uses good quality paint and is very knowledgeable about all the different products available. He is also smart and humble enough to use his Sherwin Williams rep to research what is best for use on different materials or if there is something new he should know about. We will use his team to paint our exterior as well.

John and his crew did an excellent job. He made sure that the materials and execution met my expectations. I will definitely contact John for any additional painting needs I have.
