"The representative was both very pleasant and professional. We were both replacing and adding outdoor floodlights with motion detectors. To help us save money, the electrician offered run a line directly to the light, that was not previously wired, verses going through the wall to the light switch for the outdoor lights. Since the light switch would have to be turned on all the time anyway, we thought that was a good idea."

"Called Mr. Clubb one afternoon and left a message. He called me that evening to set up visit to review work. Two men arrived on time the next day and worked through the afternoon (in the rain!) Came back on time the next morning at 8:30 and finished the work before noon. The two men did outstanding work, continually checking the system as new sprinklers were added and adjusted spray range to ensure maximum coverage. Only had to go over our requirements once with them and they did the rest. They never complained about the rain, the incredible root system they had to dig through for one area, the heat and mosquitos, or even when we changed out mind about one aspect of the work. They never wasted a minute of time and were professional and skilled in their work. What a smart thing we did in checking Angie's List and selecting Rainbow Irrigation based on their reviews, range of work they have performed, and price.  Will always call Rainbow for this type of work and recommend them highly to everyone.

"KC Flowers has done various jobs for us. We initially started with installing an irrigation system and landscaping for the entire yard. Then we had two separate paver projects completed. "It went well and it looks nice and neat at first sight . I did not notice all the cords bunched up next to the mantle until after the technician left. That does not look so nice. It is on the far corner and is not noticeable when walking into the room, but is very noticeable when on that side. It is something I will have to deal with ."

"     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.

"I sent the money and dimensions in in November 2011.  She responded back very quickly, informed me that she was very busy and wouldn't be able to start on my project for a couple of weeks.  I actually responded that that was fine.  After a month or so with no contact, i emailed.  She emailed  right back, apologized and asked for some more measurements.  I sent them.  Didn't hear anything, when in response to inquiry, she asked again for living room measurements-- that was Feb. 3rd.  On Feb. 20th, I emailed and asked for timeline.  She responded back the next day with 3 designs asking for my preference.  I emailed back on the 22nd of Feb with my preference.  On March 16th, I inquired again as to timeline for completion.Two weeks later she sent a concept board with some furnishings.  No window coverings or lights were suggested.  Three were multiple rugs with no direction of which one for each room.  All and all, not a pleasant experience.  I suspect I could have gotten better service using Pottery Barn's free design service (especially since most of the furnishings came from there.)"
