Kameron, Briana, and Isaac were great! They were professional, friendly, and careful with my belongings.

Walter, Cesar, and the rest of the crew were very prompt, professional, and timely! Even though I didn’t have that much stuff to move, they took their time to be thorough, respectful, and careful with handling my household goods. Would love to work with them again in the future!

I may have had the single best moving experience in 25 years. I would highly recommend using Quality Services. And, if you can request the crew, I have to say, the best, most professional, well mannered, tenacious gentlemen I could have ever asked for were sent to me, please ask for Nana Ankrah, Don Christian, and John Paul Nallory. These individuals made my move beyond pleasant. I am in a wheelchair, I never felt a single moment of difficulty. They moved my wheelchairs, all my equipment, and even though they were one mover down due to a no-show, they picked up the slack and got it done! They were the heros of the day! I wish I could recommend them to everyone! If I ever need to move anything, I am calling on them first.

Quality services provided the best experience I’ve had in any move. Seven moves in my professional career and this was the best. Joselyn, Sujeni, Elsa and Maanas were professional, courteous and meticulous in wrapping our household goods.

I would not recommend hiring Quality Services Moving for your move. Per pictures attached, they caused major damages to my refrigerators (in great condition prior to the move), dresser, base of the Panasonic television stand, and the wall of my new house. These furniture and appliance damages were discovered and pictures were taken when they moved them out of my old house into their storage(2 part process which we had to pay for daily storage fee). I filled out their Claim Form (did everything by the book) and submitted them but they were ignored by the Company. Attempted numerous times to get it processed and assessed by calling and emailing but it was ignored. Reported this to Better Business Bureau but they also ignored BBB to get in touch with us as well. It was quite easy to schedule the move but they will not take responsibilities for the damages they caused as this Company is a bait and switch. They also required you to pay ON THE SPOT before they leave. When the damages were pointed it out to them, they said, "don't worry, you can submit the claim form and they will take care of it." You are better off paying slightly more for other reputable companies that stand by their service/word. I recommend reading other reviews on Better Business Bureau about them.

Janet Amaya and Carolina Silva had our 3200 sqft house packed in 2 days! The we’re on time, professional and organized. Each box was packed with care and labeled with details of contents and inventory number. Definitely recommend for your next move

It went fantastic! Milton, the team leader was kind, calm, and experienced. Jennifer, the packer and leader in training, was patient and friendly. Angie, another packer had a quiet confidence, and Kelly, the newest member of the team was enthusiastic and eager to learn. It was a really long day. The team worked really hard and they did a great job. They even remembered to clean up all their things! I can’t wait to be reunited with my stuff in a few months!

It was amazing! We had the best guys moving us in. Each one of them was so polite and respectful. I have moved many times and I have never had such hard working movers. They worked so efficiently and helped us put together everything we needed. I would hire them again! They were so cool I want to be their friend lol! I wish they all got a raise. Quality Services Moving did an excellent job of moving 14,000 pounds of our household belongings. We changed the date several times due to our closing and Mike Sipple accommodated all of our requests. Bryon, Walter D., Douglas, Ruben, Daniel, and Robin were awesome. They did everything that we asked from them including assembling all of the furniture that was disassembled for the move, and once we got to our new house, they moved boxes and furniture to the exact locations that we wanted in our house. I highly recommend Quality Services Moving.

Gary and Blake were fantastic! They moved over 7,000 pounds of our stuff from their truck into our house quickly but carefully. They were friendly, professional and super attentive - couldn’t have asked for more!
