"These guys are the real deal ... they did a GREAT job.  I would recommend them to anyone.  The carpets they cleaned for us had not been cleaned in years, and had been lived on by little kids and a puppy ... upholstery never cleaned.  These guys did a superb job, were on time, worked hard, made sure I understood what was happening, were careful about safety, didn't damage anything.  They send you pictures of the people who are coming, which I'd never seen before and is very considerate.  Great service!"

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Cat pee has a strong ammonia-like smell, so if you smell cat pee but don’t have a cat or don’t suspect your cat has any accidents, there could be other issues at hand. Aside from pet urine, your house may smell like cat pee from leaking freon from an old fridge, mold, spilled cleaning supplies, or even outside odors from nearby farms.

Yes, it’s best to wash all linens, pet items, curtains, rugs, clothing, and cushion covers to remove any excess residue that could cause harm. The pesticides from flea bombs can often linger on surfaces or fabrics, which is why washing all items is best for the health of you and your loved ones.

Yes, hydrogen peroxide is another substance that can help dissolve the ink and lift it from your carpet’s fibers. However, it might also strip the dye from your carpet, so be sure to test an inconspicuous area first.

You can clean vomit stains out of a carpet by first rehydrating the stain with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. Allow the solution to penetrate the stain and break up the dried material. Afterward, blot the stain to remove it. Don’t rub, as this can damage carpet fibers and push the stain deeper. Deodorize with a vinegar solution once the stain is completely gone.

If you’re renting a steam cleaner, the right cleaning products to use on carpet are cleaning solutions designed specifically for steam cleaners and carpeting. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure you’re using the appropriate product. For everyday cleaning and deodorizing, white vinegar and baking soda are two natural but effective products to use; for urine and other biological messes, opt for an enzymatic cleaner. Avoid harsh cleaners like bleach or dish soap, which can damage carpet fibers or leave behind stubborn residue.
