"Williams was a pleasure to work with. They refinished a tub and the tile around the tub. They also refinished a tile walk in shower. There was a piece of broken tile and they fixed that as well as some holes where handicap bars were located. It is very difficult to even find where the tile was broken now. They did excellent work and performed the work exactly when they said they would. The prices were very reasonable and they were a pleasure to work with."

"Excellent. Darryl, our project manager, was informative but not pushy. He had great insight into the process, what we needed, and how to take care of us. He did not pressure us to incorporate unnecessary upgrades and collaborated with our homeowner's insurance for us, making the process simple, painless, and easy. The install went smoothly. They were able to install earlier than estimated (by about 2 weeks) and the crew worked very efficiently, completing the work in about 5-6 hours. My only minor complaint is that they left the trailer full of debris in our driveway until about 7pm that evening, even though they were done around 12:30pm. Even at that point though, we texted Darryl and he quickly got a crew out to remove the trailer for us. Even when they made a mistake, they were very quick to correct it. "A huge shout-out to Rocky Tops Granite and Marble. 10 years ago they installed our kitchen and bath granite counter tops and sinks. a few days ago due to age and probably moisture, our kitchen sink completely broke loose from the granite counter top. Today a repairman came by did a complete reinstall of the sink, using more modern and hopefully as effective adhesives, The cost to us was $0.00. Yes they charged absolutely nothing for the repair after 10 years. I suggest looking to them for your counter needs."
