"Jerrall came out and explained the process and gave me an estimate. He is credible and seemed quite experienced and knowledgeable. I was immediately comfortable that they should do the job. (I researched this decision thoroughly... only looking for all A rated, and recipients of Super Service award, and very experienced, more than 10 years). Of the 3 I found, Ace was my choice and they just finished an hour ago. The roofing and cleanup were perfect, they went above & beyond. Can't recommend highly enough. (Added bonus: they will lay up to 4 different shingle colors on your roof a couple weeks prior top let you have a few days to be sure about the color. This helped us be sure.) GREAT COMPANY. If only this kind of honesty and professionalism were commonplace!"

"Bill was very professional. They installed a roof for me in 2013 and I knew then I would use them again. They are very professional and courteous. They explained everything in detail and followed-up. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. Most recently, I have used BTR for repair and "handyman" work. I had the same experience with them. I would use them again.

"It went well as provider went up on the roof, checked all boots and also walked entire roof to check for any hail damage or issues. He advised me there was no hail damage or issues with my roof. Also advised the boots were well in place and were as they should be. Provider also went up into the attic and checked for any water and found everything to be dry and no issues or leaks. I felt reassured all was well with my roof. He also advised me the roof was in very good condition. I appreciated his efforts."

"I had an emergency situation with water leaking into my home from the roof during a severe rain storm. I called 2-3 local roofers and either got no answer or could not respond immediately. I remembered an advertisement for ServiceMagic and e-mailed them of my plight. Within 20 minutes, I received a call from The New Roof Company asking about my problem. They were at my home within 3 hours after my call. The roofer made temporary repairs and returned the next day to continue working on the job. They were friendly, efficient, considerate and did an oustanding job."
