"This is our second time to have work done by swift. I will continue to call them because they actually show up & work. The work that’s been done is 5star the technicians are educated and have a work ethic. Yes they pull permits & have their work checked! Our outstanding technicians were James & Javiel. They tore out & installed all ductwork under our home in three days. It has made a world of a difference in our home. Thank you guys for taking care of us & making our home a lot more comfortable. "After talking with several plumbers, I decided to use Southeast Plumbing and Gas. Brian answered all of my questions and quoted me a very competitive price. Brian installed a new dishwasher, put in a new tankless water heater (plus ran new electrical for the unit) and some other smaller fixes. He was professional, courteous, and did the work for what he quoted. He also tackled some additional plumbing issues that cropped up while he was doing everything else. He was at our house for over 12 hrs fixing everything and making sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend SE Plumbing and Gas and would use them again."

"The contractor performed an outstanding installation. The first visit, he assessed the work to perform, then walk me through the process he would perform. He offered various units to accommodate my requirement before I decided on the best option. On the day of the installation, he arrived on time, took the necessary safety precautions, did the installation and then walk me through the process of what he performed and showed me the operations. His quality of work (A+) and the cost (A+) met our expectations."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.
