However, we have never used the fireplace so we are not sure if what they did was effective. But, they did not leave any mess behind and they were professional."

"We've used Frontpoint for years and been pleased.  Over the Christmas holidays, we had a great deal of smoke in the house due to our lighting the fireplace with the flue closed.  The Frontpoint fire alarms went off, as they should.  The phone rang almost immediately with Frontpoint checking before calling the fire department.  We saw that had this been a real emergency, we would have been well protected.
