"Workers showed up on time and tore out old asphalt. They cut off the roots that were causing the problem and sealed the driveway. Everything was done in good time. I was very pleased with the overall performance and quality. They were very respectful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Rooks did some really good and beautiful work for me (though the work was mostly actually done by a different lawn service) however the job that I paid for was never completely finished.  1st, no liner was placed under the pine straw as I requested and had ready to use, so within a week I had weeds growing back in my gardens.  The edging never got placed. I actually paid someone else a great deal less than what was originally paid to Rooks to lay the edging.  I also requested to setup maintenance and follow-up. Once they were gone, I have yet to hear from them. 
I do hate it, because Chris and Gregg were very nice and good guys. Maybe just overwhelmed with work and quality failed a little.
