The team was nice and professional. The initial appointment to look at our old unit, discuss new units, and pricing took about an hour. The team member was very helpful and explained the entire process in detail. The pricing for fair for the size and age of our old unit. The appointment was in Thursday. A team was ready to install the new unit on Monday. They arrived on time and got to work right away. The install was a longer process; 5+ hours, maybe more. They did a fantastic job! Another great part was that they cleaned up behind themselves. No mess, no fuss. The entire experience was amazing! I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. And to top it all off, the pricing was more than fair and stayed within our budget.

The installers did a good job and left our property the way they found it. I was impressed with the extra guaranties One Hour offered in addition to the manufacturers warranty. I had two other companies try to sell me a system for the cost of 4500.00 and above. One hour heating and air installed a device that cost $160 preventing the problem I was have Mt from occurring again. They too can sell me a new system however the system still works and did not need replacing..

This was the ONLY company whose "comfort specialist" Ed did a thorough inspection and measurements of our home to calculate our needs and size unit required, Installers were courteous and highly informative answering all our questions. Also, this was the ONLY company to recommend and install hurricane straps on our unit.

At present, I have only contracted for the replacement of 2 heat pumps and an ERV. All my interactions with One Hour Heating and Airâ  s Advisor, Todd Jones, weâ  re top notch. He did a thorough assessment of our H&A needs, was very knowledgeable, and he clearly was focused on meeting my needs and desires. I thought his proposed systems were perfect for me. The price seemed very reasonable considering the components being installed. I am optimistic I will be similarly satisfied after the actual install occurs. (This form required that I rate Work Quality before submission. So Iâ ve done that in advance.)
