Keller's owner Glenn came out that evening and determined that the compressor was done. Within a few hours Keller provided several options. We made the decision to replace the unit and Keller had a crew onsite at 8am on July 4th. We were thrilled they were able to order a unit and have a crew servicing clients on the 4th! We are new to the Lake Norman area, moving from out of state. Our roof had a leak after Florence, then another issue after Hurricane Michael. Rob went the extra mile to diagnosis the second issue and identified as a potential chimney cap leak. Diagnosing can be tricky and he left nothing up to chance. It could have done significant interior damage. Pricing was reasonable, but more importantly, service was delivered better than expected and very timely. An exceptional experience."

After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."
