I have used Chavis plumbing several times. They were originally recommended to me by some friends of mine who own rental property in Columbia, SC. They have never failed to respond within the next day - as they did on this occasion. They came when they said they would; completed the job quickly and well. They are reasonable in their costs/charges.

Great plumber, Kevin was very professional and easy to work with.
Great working with water lines, very professional and does good work.
If you have gas lines that need work find someone else!
Hinson Cabinet used Kevin to run the gas line to range top, kept having gas smell in kitchen for six months I could not leave the gas on to the range top, I would use it to cook then turn gas off until next time.
Chavis sent Kevin out twice and was not able to find leak.
After three trips from appliance repair people to repair gas leak in range top, Wolf customer service sent another repairman and he found the leak at the line going into range. Repairman also noted that the wrong teflon tape was used to seal the gas line. Chavis sent Kevin back out to reseal line, he still used wrong tape.

They have come out twice now, and I've called them back again. They aren't one of those big advertising companies. They are just a couple of hardworking men that do good work.
