"Awesome. John came out the same day with his 13 ft trailer and gave a quote which I accepted and John immediately hauled the junk away. His price was also great. John arrived exactly at the time he said he would and was great to work with. I will use him again next time I have junk and garden waste to move."

"Highly recommend! Cameron responded immediately and picked up furniture to be hauled away within 2 days! The guys that picked up were on time and were very professional and even helped us clean out a desk that wasn't quite empty. I'm so glad to have found them and I would definitely use again for anything! Thank you so much!"

"Mr. Eduardo is a professional, pleasant to talk with, knowledgeable & efficient. When Mr. Eduardo came to my home to give me an estimate for installing a new roof, he explained everything to me & showed me the shingles I could choose. He & his team started working early Monday morning 8/10/26 & was finished between 5:45 to 6:00 pm. They did excellent work, my roof looks very good & they cleaned up the area. I would recommend Mr. Eduardo to anyone for any project because he & his team did an exceptional job. His price was good also. Thank you Mr. Eduardo for a job well done. Mary W. Blair 08/10/2026"

Small jobs welcome

I am a 21 year old electrical line worker trying to move towards the entrepreneurial side of living. I own a large diesel truck and a large enclosed trailer, as well as an open utility trailer. I am wanting to use what I have to make your life easier, and get things out of your way in a timely manner. I have a good head on my shoulders and a strong work ethic I’d love to help you out with whatever I can! I also have a background in moving furniture so whatever piece you need moved from wherever in the house I can handle it!

Hauling questions, answered by experts

When deciding between renting a dumpster and hiring a junk removal service, the key factors are the type of project, the items you're discarding, and your timeline.

  • Rent a dumpster for longer projects like remodeling or construction. It offers flexibility, allowing you to dispose of debris like broken tile, drywall, fixtures, and yard waste over several days. You will be responsible for loading the dumpster yourself.

  • Hire a junk removal service for quick, hands-free disposal. This is ideal if you want to get rid of a pile of junk quickly, or if you have heavy or bulky items like furniture and boxes that you don't want to lift yourself. The professionals handle all the labor, often clearing everything out within a few hours.

You can view the bulky pickup schedule for your local area on your waste management provider’s website. They may list a schedule, prices, acceptable items, preparation guidelines, and other key information. Many providers don't operate bulky pickup on a specific schedule; instead, they require customers to schedule a one-time pickup for a specific item.

You can’t simply throw your ductwork out with your usual trash because waste management won’t accept especially large or bulky garbage without a prior appointment. Instead, you’ll need to haul it to the dump yourself or hire a service to do it for you. Alternatively, certain types of ducts can be recycled, so contact your local recycling facility to find out if they’ll accept your old ductwork.

It’s called a 20-yard dumpster because the volume of space in the dumpster can hold 20 cubic yards of material. A cubic yard is 3-feet long, 3-feet wide, 3-feet tall cube, as 3 feet is equal to 1 yard. This volume can hold about 110 to 130 33-gallon trash bags.

When packing up to move, you should consider donating items to charity and purging as many unused or unwanted belongings as possible. It may seem time-consuming, but you’ll thank yourself later when you’ve saved money because you didn’t need the largest moving truck and fewer boxes.
