Welcome to Justin Dugan Tree Service. We are a family and locally owned business. We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity, and quality work. Our goal is to provide quality work and excellent customer service so good, that you would never hesitate to let us back onto your property for any future tree services. We have a 2 million dollar insurance policy, we have never had an accident. Due to our extensive experience in the industry of 10 years, we know communication is key, which is why we always try to be the expert in our trade and we will always do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your trees. This company showed up three hours late. His Crew chief had to leave early and his two non-English speaking employees left without even telling me. The owner charged me $3,000 for 4.5 hours of work. I worked alongside them the whole time picking up limbs, pruning, blowing the area clean, telling them what to do, etc. We could not get all the work done because I could not communicate with them. Even his crew chief was not aware of what the entire project existed of before she left. I mailed his check today because we had a contract but I would not refer him to anyone else and nor will my realtor. I texted him last night asking for advice and an explanation but he did not respond. I could have hired someone else for $1,200 my realtor found.

I had hired them before and being familiar with the company I hired them again but was disappointed in the customer service having repeatedly having to call to see if they were coming and then only 1 workers showed and have to call for assistance, again delayed work being done, and I think I paid too much for 1 small tree, I really donâ t have confidence in hiring this company again

"Hey, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I had to pulled two different crew members from different jobs and my guys don't always know what is planned per site. On the way to your site our truck broke down. which required for me to call a third crew member out to your site. I had told you that I was a month out, and this was a small job. I also told you that I would try to work you in to get to you quicker. This is not inexpensive business to run, getting 5-6 miles per gallon, workers compensation, commercial tires at $600 a piece, new blades for chainsaws, pay role and so forth. I'll be happy to send you the break down prices for all this. I assure you we gave you a reasonable price for this job. We appreciated your past business with us and look forward to working with you in the future. Thanks"

Very professional and very customer service oriented. Justin came out to look at the job and give me a quote. Phil showed up the next day to do the job and was equally professional as Justin. The job was quick and Phil cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend this company.
