The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. "Got quotes from three different firms and Jones' was by far the lowest.  They were able to get 30 year shingles on for less than the price my insurance company was allowing for 3-tab.  The workers were courteous and diligent.  Clean up was very good, though we did find a nail or two.  It has been almost a month and we have had several heavy thunderstorms as well as some days of non-stop rain, and there has been no evidence of leaking.  All in all... very pleased."
