I would highly recommend Palm Flooring. They installed some new white Oak flooring and blended it in with existing floor. Sanded floors down changed the floor stain color and finished with clear coats. The work was excellent, Yuri and his team were always on time, professional and did the work correctly the first time. Extremely responsive and competitively priced. Would not hesitate to use them on my next project.

We had to install new floors because of a recent fire. Yuri with Palm Flooring was the man for the job. The new floors look excellent. They do not cut corners, and do the job right. We plan to use them again when we redo our staircase. Yuri and Palm Flooring not only are Professional, but you can tell they care about your house and giving you the best floors they can. I would hire them again in a second.

Yuri was very knowledge and competent. The demolition proved more difficult than expected but he was persistent and made sure it was performed correctly without trying to rush the process or cut corners. The install went smooth and turned out great. I will definitely use them again on my future projects.

It all starts with punctuality, they arrive at the scheduled time with no absences, Yuri is extremely cordial, friendly and answers all your questions and before you even start he tells you step by step the procedure to be done when he starts and when he finishes, having full control of the elaboration of all steps from installation to sanding the floor; the floor finish I say is excellent I didn't see any scratches or dirt marks. I highly recommend Yuri Team.

The whole transaction went great. Palm was the most responsive in competitive bidding which weighed heavily in my evaluation because material and installation prices were essentially equal. Plus the quotation was handled through Palm, the installer, as opposed to through the materials provider, which I appreciated because the floor being replaced is more sensitive to installation details than materials selection. I’m a very happy customer.

We hired Palm Flooring to install Costco’s Arowana waterproof vinyl plank. At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring. It absolutely made the house looks upscale. We would definitely hire Palm Flooring again for other future projects.

Work was done in a timely fashion and was completed ahead of schedule and under budget I would refer Palm flooring to anyone to ask
