Awesome experience. This is the best Audio-Visual company in the Charleston area- hands down! Eric and his crew fixed all of our AV issues which was a mess left by another AV company who would not return our calls or come back and warranty their work. Not AAA Installation. They were very responsive, prompt and above all professional. Their prices are very reasonable and Eric will go above and beyond to satisfy his customers and their concerns. He stands behind the quality of his work by his warranty and he is extremely responsive to address any questions that may arise. I honestly would give him and his company 6 stars if I could. I can't say enough how pleased I am with his work and how professional he and his staff are. Their knowledge and honesty is very hard to find nowadays in the current AV world, but these guys are the bomb! I highly recommend AAA Installation for all your AV needs.

Eric was friendly and professional. He did a great job with my TV install which involved mounting the TV above a stone fireplace. It was a difficult project but he did a great job.

Eric and his team did an axing job. I placed a request for quote on the home advisor app and received a call back within an hour. They were able to come out and do the work the next business day. Very pleased with the work. Very professional, on time, and would use them again.

I am thrilled with the service I received from Eric! His professionalism, work ethic, and friendliness were outstanding, and I am so pleased with the outcome. Eric mounted two TV's and a sound bar for me, including moving electrical outlets and hiding all wires and cable boxes. The job turned out to be a bit tricky, but it was no match for his experience and skill level. I recommend him without reservation!

Itâ s certainly too bad Home Advisor grabs $40.00 for their fee. The guys were on time, wore PPE, set to work and finished the job quickly and efficiently. Will call them again....

Eric and Nathan worked hard to mount our tv above mantel. It didn't go exactly as planned but they were able to figure out a way to make it work. Both times Eric came to the house (for the estimate and then for the actual work), they were on time and called before coming. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

Professional from the moment I opened the door until they left after putting up 5 fans and 2 pendant light. Job well done! I asked them to come back to do more work for us.
