The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Very well! Matthew our assigned project manager was very thorough and respectful. He kept our property guarded! We had a few people pop by the house to "check" things out and he respected our home. He called to see if these people were allowed on the property. He and I traveled through the house where he showed me how the work was being conducted. He also showed me problem areas. And explained throughly how it would work. There were about 5 guys working in the dead heat of July! where days it was almost unbearable. I was onsite 2 days here and there where I provided beverages and popcicles to cool off. They were able to complete the work a day a head of schedule! Now that we're into November. I have to say that my floors feel fantastic. No bowing. No bouncing. Plus their work is Lifetime!! So if we ever feel a problem we know just who to call!"
