"I have signed a contract to seal off wall top seams, add additional insulation and install a solar attic fan. Joe was prompt to arrive as scheduled. Inspected my attic and then discussed work he would recommend. He explained the work in detail, so as I completely understand. I am schedule to have the work complete in early October. No payment due until work is complete."
