We have utilized Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating since 2011, upon choosing them to install a new complete HVAC unit (attic & outside). Their professionalism, punctuality, and expertise has always been top notch, experiencing no issues throughout the past decade of business with them. Most recently, we experienced a loss of AC function and were met with prompt assistance. Burt’s professionalism was beyond reproach, quickly diagnosing the failed capacitor and fan motor, which he was able to change the capacitor on-site and submitted a parts warranty replacement order for the fan motor. Within two days Burt contacted me to inform that the new fan motor was “in his hands and will be installed ASAP” provided that I approve for him to enter the property in the case where I was unable to make it home. Burt stood by his word and by the time I arrived home that evening he was finishing up the installation. Would recommend Beaufort Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone and would highly suggest a request for Burt is made!

The company did very well getting my emergency call resolved. The technician was very proficient and resolved the issue very efficiently. The only reason I did not give an A rating for responsiveness and punctuality is because I was not able to get an accurate time window when the technician would arrive and had to call the service desk a couple times.

Called Beaufort Air for a complete replacement of heat/air system and ductwork. Mark Edwards gave a thorough inspection and written, itemized breakdown of parts, what would be done and cost. Anthony Brabham and crew did excellent, high quality work--very professional attitude in every way. Thanks fellas!!!

Outstanding service! I called the office at 12:45 pm Friday with concerns of having to pay a higher rate for after-hours service if they couldn't schedule me that afternoon. Jason explained his schedule was mostly full but they would work me in asap and try to avoid the higher rate. He did just that! The service tech called at 2:21 pm to tell me he was on the way and was here by 2:50 pm. Justin was very courteous, professional and efficient. He diagnosed the issue as being the capacitor on the blower. The replacement part was available on the truck and he was finished in 45 minutes after arriving. I received the discount provided from using Angie's List. I couldn't be more pleased with the service of Beaufort AC&H. I highly recommend them. They are my go-to guys in the future. I'm glad I took the leap of faith. I highly recommend Beaufort AC&H!!!

Fantastic! The installers were professional, friendly, and very competent. Mark even came to help me program my new wifi thermostat and went over everything prior to departing. Even did a terrific job cleaning up after themselves and removing old equipment. I chose an Amana and already feel more comfortable with less humidity in my home. I highly encourage you to consider Beaufort Air for new installation and service.

I called them first thing Monday morning on one of the hottest days of the year, strictly on the basis of reviews from Angie's List. They scheduled an appointment for between noon and three pm, and arrived at close to five. The serviceman, Tony, said he had unexpected trouble at the previous call, and with the conditions, that would be expected. We were just delighted to see him. He promptly correctly diagnosed our trouble, and had the situation fixed in way less than an hour. He could not have been more professional, skillful and efficient. We were and are 100% satisfied with their service, and as relative newcomers to the area, are pleased with the introduction other reviewers provided for this company's service.

Excellent! Called in the a.m. of the coldest day this year with no heat, got a guy out a few hours later, fixed us up easily. Was impressed we got same day service even though it was winter's first cold day, temps in the 20s and the company was very busy.

Beaufort Air was very professional, they came out and did a very thorough estimate- gave me a couple of pricing options. We decided to use Carrier as our unit. A couple days later they came back and installed the unit. We then moved forward -doing the same with the 2nd unit we had in the house which was also on it's last leg. We've been very happy with the units since they've been installed.

AC went out during a weekend trip to this second home, after arriving home I contacted Beaufort AC. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and said I could send them a key. The technician followed our directions perfectly pertaining to the gate and calling me prior to entry and after exiting so my security system could be disarmed and rearmed. I thought this repair was going to costly but all it was was a capacitor that went bad. I will be using them in future.

My A/C failed on my rental home. I live across the country and needed a reliable honest company to diagnose and repair my A/C unit. Beaufort air was on time, up front, and in less than 24 hours my home had a new unit installed at an affordable price.

Our second floor unit was not working so we called Beaufort Air. A tech was at my house within the hour. He was able to get me going so that my children had air on the second floor but because of the condition of the unit, he recommended that I replace it.
Beaufort Air gave us many different options that would meet any of our needs. We found the best option and set a time for installation.
On the day of installation, they were there on time and ready to work. The gentlemen putting the unit in where quick and very efficient and also left a very clean work area.
This is probably my tenth call to an HVAC company and this was by far the best experience that I have ever had. I have had to replace two systems in the past and I can say that I truly wish that Beaufort Air had been my provider on those other occasions. They were professional and very reasonable.
I know that I will only have Beaufort Air on my speed dial for HVAC problems.
