The company’s owner came on site to be sure we were satisfied with the work. The owner returned in a few days to remove a phone jack outlet that we overlooked. This was totally our mistake, but he took care of it. We would definitely use this company again."

"This light colored rug is in a room that receives a lot of foot traffic from people and also my small and medium sized dogs. I wanted a clean rug for Christmas and Heaven's Best made that a reality! They did a great job, protected my hard floors that are under the carpet, and got all the stains out without leaving my rug saturated with moisture. They were also quite willing to accommodate my work schedule when setting up the appointment. Three friends have asked who performed this service and all plan to call for their own carpet cleanings in the next couple months."

"I had a leak in my roof and it was assessed and repaired for $750 with a 3 year warranty. The roof assessment was wrong and the roof still leaked. They then offered to come back and fix the real problem associated with solar panel installation for $2,800- $3,000. They basically fixed a section of my roof that wasn't leaking, so I threw my money away. They claimed the $2800-$3800 included a discount based on my prior service but I've since had a cheaper quote. Honestly, I thought the warranty I paid for gave me peace of mind but technically their repair didn't fail. It was never the actual problem. Very disappointed with this company."

He’s promised to complete but, thus far, has been a no show. He no longer responds to our phone calls or texts. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND."
