I had a leak in my roof and it was assessed and repaired for $750 with a 3 year warranty. The roof assessment was wrong and the roof still leaked. They then offered to come back and fix the real problem associated with solar panel installation for $2,800- $3,000. They basically fixed a section of my roof that wasn't leaking, so I threw my money away. They claimed the $2800-$3800 included a discount based on my prior service but I've since had a cheaper quote. Honestly, I thought the warranty I paid for gave me peace of mind but technically their repair didn't fail. It was never the actual problem. Very disappointed with this company.

We hired Justin and his team to do interior painting of our newly constructed home. Justin provided guidance on paint finishes and came out to the house for the estimate. They painted all bedrooms, living and kitchen area, mudroom, and hallways and stairwell. The crew of Roy and Brandon were very professional, punctual, and polite. They produced a clean, tight paint job. The pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use this crew again for future paintwork.

The Coastal Carolina Finishes team is top-notch! We’re now starting our 3rd major project with them now and have used their services in both our home & our business renovations. They’ve been reliable, transparent about costs, they’ve explained timelines and work details and each person that we’ve met on their team has been great. I consider myself detail-oriented (slightly OCD!) and I can honestly say that they go above any beyond to get things done right, no cutting corners. We’ve challenged them with a few unique projects in an old building that really required some troubleshooting and they’ve been fantastic. Can’t recommend them enough… they can literally do anything!
