Excellent. The salesperson was available quickly, and was knowledgeable about tile. Once we made our decision, we were able to schedule very quickly. Workers came on time, and were professional. The company’s owner came on site to be sure we were satisfied with the work. The owner returned in a few days to remove a phone jack outlet that we overlooked. This was totally our mistake, but he took care of it. We would definitely use this company again.

Our records through text, calls and emails show an abundance of communication from the estimate to the completion of the project. The only thing we've been recently notified of in the past weeks since install completion was a few pin holes in the grout which we are scheduled to come out and correct on Friday, March 5th. We have heard nothing of the items you've mentioned in your review. We solidly stand behind our work and if notified of any legitimate issues, are happy to remedy immediately. Very pleased with the professional and friendly service. They installed my glass backsplash in the kitchen, installed a new walk-in tiled shower, backsplash and floor in my master bath. Also installed a new tile tub surround, backsplash and floor in my guest bath. Very easy to work with and I was pleased with the level of communication provided throughout the process of completing my projects. They connected me with and coordinated the services I needed for plumbing, glass and mirror installation. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

It went great! They did a beautiful job. He was on time; he actually stayed in the area for 3 days to complete our project since he is about 100 miles away. He made sure everything was done perfectly and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. He is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this company to others.
