He and his workers came in and sanded the floors. Cleaned up what mess they had made and put furniture back. It was 2 months latter when I came back down to Shallotte and saw the floors. They were beautiful. Everything he said they would do was done. Beautiful job and not even knowing him or his work except what reviews were on line. He did excellent work and really no mess for me to take care of when I was back down in early October. Very trustworthy. I really can't say to much about his work without taking up 2 pages of space. "Amy did a great job on my rental home.  The tenants(3 years) had left the home very dirty and Simply Clean went to work doing an excellent job.  The oven and stove top were very dirty and cleaned like new.  The tub/shower units where very dirty and they spent an hour on each getting it clean.  Was on time and stuck with her quote even though it was likely worse than she anticipated.  Also very honest, they immediately sent me a photo ( from out of town) of a blind that broke while trying to get it clean. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did.
