Very poor communication between customer and owner

Mike Todd is old style business. I hired him because he spoke plainly, he exhibited honesty and integrity. Not heavy on sell.

Creative Solutions owner was informative and patient with my questions. Epoxy was applied to the garage floor after being sanded. . Other companies were called. Concrete Solutions was the most reasonable. The staff that did the work were efficient. They did exactly what needed to be done . So often after work is done I need to clean up after the work is completed. Not so with Concrete Solutions.
