"What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! If we could give a 100 rating we would!"

"I first contacted Mr Russell on the friday before new years day. He would not be able to come out till Monday, which he did on time. He came out and came up with a plan to place precut shelving up. He would order it and it would be around 400. Then somehow we lost touch, either my email to him via my phone was cryptic or he didnt receive it but it took a week to get back in touch. He then ordered the shelves. At some point he emailed me an invoice for 470 that i did not receive. When he came to put the shelves in my mother (and house owner) had gone to a dr appt and left a check for 400 based on what he has said while in our house. He finished installing the shelves as she returned home and was able to make a check out for the 470. Mr Russell was very professional and very clean in the break down of the boxes the shelves came in and the removal of the old shelves. The biggest problem was miscommunication, and I will take part responsibilty on that. I should have used the phone and called him instead of email."

"When he bid my roof replacement (asphalt shingle roof) Mr. Posey gave me excellent information about the many extra features that he offers....Permaboots instead of standard pipe boots, synthetic underlayment, extra treatment of valleys and all roof penetrations, etc. The bid price and guarantee were excellent. The installation was fast. His crew worked through a holiday weekend while I was away to get it done quickly. The roof looks great and the cleanup was perfect. Mr. Posey himself came back after his crew was done and he found a couple of small things he wanted redone. He sent back a man who finished those things in a couple of hours. Unrelated to the roof, I had some areas of rotten fascia, soffit and trim that needed repair. He suggested several people to bid those repairs for me and he continued looking for the right person until we found someone who could to the work at a satisfactory price. He had no obligation to do this and yet he spent a lot of time making sure that I found someone good. Several neighbors have commented on how good the roof looks and asked me who did the work!"

"Excellent but disappointing conversation. Very courteous and professional, but S&S explained they were extremely busy in the N. Augusta area and couldn't take on a job in Aiken. OK. Understood. The next day, they called back with an suggestion for someone else who might handle the work. I thanked them but since Angie's List and other sites had recommended S&S so highly, I would hold off for a few weeks, call back and see if they could accommodate us at that time."
