Rabun Roofing & Construction LLC

Rabun construction was very unprofessional. Their crew took a month to put on a new roof on a small garage and worked minimal hours a day. They did not show up when promised and the work was subpar. After several months the owner quit the job. The owner made promises that were never kept, workmanship subpar, unprofessional, did not clean up and left a mess.

Tree fell through the roof during Helene. Prather Construction recommended a group of people who recommended this company after the storm. Came out, said he could fix the roof and the room that was damaged. Roof completed in two days-great. The room took 3 months to complete due to not showing up for a week or days at a time. Total of 6 weeks on sheetrock. The room is about a 4 x 4 room!!They had to hire another company to fix the sheetrock. Outlets are not flush with the wall, paint is peeling off, air seeping in through sliding glass doors, skylight in bathroom leaks(he won't return calls), siding falling off the house. I could honestly go on and on. Oh...workers are kids and one in particular likes to show up stoned. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Although we had hears from others that Chris did good work, that was not our experience.
