"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

"I called 2 times prior to today’s visit and they came the next day. Each day there were 2 men on the job. I clearly had/have a Freon leak and it was explained to me I would have to have my walls opened in order to find the line set. Today’s visit, I clearly explained over the phone the job that needed to be done. They 2 prior visits they could not find the leak in the normal places. I was advised it was $250/hour. I agreed. I just wanted my leak fixed. ONE guy shows up, different than the other 4 that had showed up. Says it’s too hard to find the leak. Fills my freon back up and says call us in the spring and we can replace your air handler."

"I needed to plumb a new whole house generator with natural gas, so why not plan on converting everything to natural gas as the appliance needs replacing (propane hot water and stove) right????? I called TOM'S PLUMBING after doing a search on ANGIE'S LIST for a professional. I figured I would get 5 quotes, narrow it down to 3 and then really compare the 3 and decide on one. I did contact 5 professionals and all came to the house and reviewed the job. So, I decided on TOM's PLUMBING after reviewing the 3 and even with a couple of quick revisions to the job, we were able to schedule it in for the following week. This one point was very important to me as we were going to be leaving for vacation, and if I could get this project done, one less thing for me to think about. Tom and his associate Chris showed up right on time on the scheduled day, which was a hot one. They went right to work regardless of the heat, and completed on time. One way I judge a service is whether or not i would hire them again. In regards to TOM's PLUMBING, yes, I would CERTAINLY hire them again, and in fact, I'm already contemplating a couple of new projects. In summary, TOM's PLUMBING is as professional as they come and yet, small enough to be able to work with a home owner for any and all revisions, I mean, we all know things come up. Tom was always available for any questions or concerns and I knew I was in good hands. so not only would I hire them again, I would recommend TOM's PLUMBING to family and friends, which is really what we all care about!!!"

"At first Jamie was great. Seemed very nice and knowledgable. Until the job was paid in full on 3/4/25. Since then it’s been a hassle trying to get him here to right the wrong that was done. After over two months finally the old sewer cast iron pipes were removed from my yard. The guy he hired for excavating Ryan still hasn’t come by to see the crack in my walkway from the heavy truck driving over it. The only thing done on my invoice was digging the trench and installing new PVC pipe in the ground. No cleanout, trap was never pulled out nor did he camera the rest of the sewer line. Jamie stated he was going to come back in two months and run the camera through the sewer line he installed and hydro jet it as well. That was never done. The yard was left a mess with lots of Rocks. No loam was ever delivered and the added bonus Jamie threw most of the old cast iron sewer pipe into the trench then covered it up.this is definitely going to be a court battle. I’ve seen lots of good reviews but I’m guessing it must be friends and family writing them after the awful experience I’ve had and am still going through. Please be aware. I’ve included pics of the job, truck going over my new walkway that was cracked and still not fixed and parts of the texting battle with Jamie. Don’t let my mistake be yours. I highly recommend not hiring. Should he rectify the wrong. I will post a new review and retract this one but until then this is where we’re at. I Will be contacting the better business bureau as well."
