He is also neat as a pin....I mean i could write a book about him....He doesnt smoke.anything...swear. yell or scream...he is very respectful and very honest...and You can trust him in every possible way....He shows up on time and stays positive and works like a real man....Never complains ..easy to talk to and the very best thing i love is that he is very very reasonable....and he will beat anyones quote...I feel so blessed to have.met him in the parking lot of Home Depot...He is very special and hope he stays in this business for many years cuz i couldnt even think of calling another. "Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable.
