"This was my first time hiring this company and was really impressed by their work. They were here on the scheduled day & on time to complete the job. They were courteous and careful not to get any paint on the floors as they used drop cloths. After the job was completed, they cleaned up and were gone. Happy to have found this company. We will hire them again."

"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

When they finally answered didn?t have a single idea who we were. The eventually came out, the work was good. But don?t believe the constant ?are we losing our deposit for nothing?, was worth it."
