"We had been looking for an electrician for several months to put in recessed lighting and having an extremely difficult time. It was the 2nd inquiry going through Angi’s List when Dennis quickly responded and provided us with a quote. We are so thrilled that we went with Par Homes Services. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process and completed the work (6 recessed lights in the living room) within a short period of time. The living room looks amazing and all for a reasonable price. We were also delighted to hear that the company can also do other types of residential work. "Claudio (the owner) is everything I wanted in a contractor - knowledgeable, qualified, reasonable, trustworthy, easy to work with, and cares about the quality of his work. I am very happy with the work and I am someone who cares about the details. I would hire them again without question and plan to for future projects. Claudio and his team removed an internal wall that was covered in built in book shelves to reconnect two rooms as originally intended when the house was built, redesigned around a fireplace, installed a wall, closed off a doorway and built a hall closet as part of the project, which also include electrical work, removing some floor brickwork and replacing it with wood to match the existing floor, which he did perfectly, and painting. Separately Claudioâ s team has also replaced and updated internal waterlines and external hose connections, replaced a bathroom vanity, sub-flooring, wallboard, and tile work."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
