The success of this project was very much due to Claudio's remodeling expertise, project management skills, attention to detail, and his excellent relationships with his subcontractors and me. As the homeowner I wanted certain features in the project and, inevitably, some of these things changed while the work was ongoing. Claudio is quietly confident that he knows his stuff, and he does. Problems and requests for change or additional work do not bother him. He handles people well and is always cheerful, polite, and full of solutions to get the homeowner what they want.
