It was a major job and it was excellent. You can't have a better relationship with a contractor. One things that he did which I thought was extremely valuable and very unusual was that at one point before the work in the bathroom started, he had every subcontractor that he worked with come out. We spent an hour ow two around the table discussing the pros and possible glitches in the plans that we presented through our architect. We had a chance to sift through them, change a little bit here and tweak it there but I knew each one of the people, the flooring people for the tile, the cabinet people who built the cabinet for the vanity and the cabinetry guy who did the linen closet, we had the plumber and the electrician all sitting around the table. I've never had that happen to me before in any project when there were multiple people subcontracting. He's like my son. He has become a wonderful go-to person. This is a condo community and he has proven himself to be a worthy carpenter, a fine honest business man and fair priced as well.

The were very good, did above and beyond what was expected.  He constructed a gate that would match what we had and saved us money.  Had all sub contractors meet with us before the job in the bathroom remodel.  He did a great job in selecting the sub contractors for the bath remodel.  We are very impressed with his work!
