Bob tracks all of the tasks in the project: each line of action in the project requires plans, permits, skills, tools, materials, and arrangements. He works with very skilled subcontractors and suppliers of appliances and materials. Bob has built mutual trust with these partners and it shows. Parts and appliances arrived on time. Subcontractors found the site ready for them to do their work and move on. Negotiating and confirming every element in advance, Bob kept the project moving ahead despite the pandemic related supply chain problems and high demand for the services of the people involved. Bob’s contracts are clear and help to set expectations from the outset. Bob and his crew don’t hang about. They started work at 7:00 most mornings and left at 5:00. They worked steadily and quickly all day. They were courteous and considerate, even as they made a lot of noise. Bob kept us informed at every stage, and every day. He kept his attention on the project until it was done to our satisfaction, and that of the city’s inspectors."
