"After meeting with Joe (Robert) for an initial assessment of what was needed to bring my attic insulation up to code. There was only 6” of insulation in the attic. We scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. RJL showed up to do the job as agreed and they did an excellent job. We already notice the difference on the second floor if my house. It no longer gets warm upstairs as it did before on warm days and its not cold on the cold nights. I highly recommend RJL for insulation needs."

"We found mold in the first floor of our 3 family home due to a pipe breaking/freezing. I was very concerned since there were 2 children living in the apartment and i know some molds are very dangerous. I have had very good luck with Angie's list companies and I liked the reviews that stated the man doing estimates was honest. I got a verbal ballpark of 1800-2500 when on site and i was told the quote would come within the hour. I asked them to move forward with a HEPA filter and close off the area later that day then. They dis not want to give me a quote and preferred to deal with the insurance directly. When I outright asked for it before any more work was done, it had been raised to $4500! Since i had already asked them to put the filter and i was very worried about the mold we moved forward, but i honestly feel they took advantage of our predicament. There was poor communication from the office and the people doing work and the quote had lots that were not done. Very disappointed!"

"The technician who came was a pleasant, competent professional who examined the unfinished attic to evaluateit w/r/t insulation only or insulation as part of a full finishing of the space. He took measurements and scratched out some information on his pad.. I told him that I intended to review my options before any decision. I offered payment at that time and he told me there was no charge for this service. It struck me as odd that he told me that what I had agreed to pay $19.00 for was actually free but I asumed billing would accompany an actual report/proposal. A month on I've never seen anything like a report although I have been charged via credit card for the inspection service. Perhaps the report-recommendation is still on its way? PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REVIEW FORM REQUIRES A YES/NO HIRE AGAIN RESPONSE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO ANSWER UNDECIDED."
