"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

"Overall excellent service. I requested duct cleaning services for my second floor apartment in Nashua. They used a large vacuum and a smaller one. The vacuum was taken up to my apt with the help of the elevator. They hooked up the large vacuum to the HvAC and suctioned the ducts. Then Lorenzo went one by one to each vent and vacuumed them. Had 9 vents total. They were at my place for arpund 3 hours. Lorenzo was friendly, humble and a good worker. It was easy to communicate with Vernon as well. Highly recommend ."

"This is the first time I have hired carpet cleaners so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They are probably the best value for the money you will find. Our carpets look like new. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. [Side note: this has nothing to do with the cleaners, who were great, but if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned be aware that you will either need a 240V plug (electrical stove or dryer) or you will need to connect to multiple power outlets. Our house is old and we had an issue with the power]"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
