"Mario did a fantastic job painting our new nursery - walls, trim and ceiling. After having a cancellation with another service provider earlier in the week, we contacted Mario and he came out next day to assess and quote the room. Two days later he was here to do the work - on time and on the budget we discussed. He came prepared with all of his equipment, showed us the paint color to confirm before he started and got right to work and finished in half a day! "Will did an amazing job painting our home. We called Will in a panic after someone ruined our kitchen walls claiming they were a great painter... we ended up with thick drip marks on the wall, paint on the ceiling, trim, floor, everywhere! Will stopped by, immediately knew the job was not done by a professional and explained the process to correct the botched job--sanding, primer, and then repainting the ceiling and walls. Will also painted our living room, stair way, and upstairs hallway. When he told us he doesn't use tape, I didn't know what to expect... but his work blew us away! We now have a beautiful sunny yellow kitchen, a nice beachy front door, and the thresholds are shiny and new again too! We also love our newly stained and sealed deck. We had shopped around for a few different quotes and while Ed's was competitive his knowledge and guidance on what we could do sealed the deal. On the job, Ed was very quiet and concious of being in our space. He cleaned up after every day and made sure everything was neat and tidy. Ed was punctual and friendly and we would definitely hire him again. The results were terrific, and we are really pleased with how everything came out. "Overall, the service was very good.  We had several estimates from other painters to prep and paint our 90-year old stucco home that was likely not painted for 50+ years (if ever!).  Needless to say, there was a fair amount of work that needed to be done.  While the LOPCO estimate was slightly more expensive than another reputable contractor, Tom's professionalism throughout the process was a plus and he was true to his estimate.  LOPCO took the time to do the prep work right, used quality primer, and tolerated our initial indecision about color selection.  We are very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them again.

"I've reviewed Roland before for a much smaller job. This project took several weeks (2-4 days per week depending on our schedules). Roland was quick to respond to my call and was on time each day for work. At the end of each day, he cleaned up and left the kitchen in good shape. He's very upfront about not being a designer. LOL. But he did encourage me to save the old cabinets which were solid wood and in good condition. I happen to like the vintage look, but with modern updates, so this was an easy choice for me. He sanded the cabinets and painted them white, then refinished the original hardware which had so much detail on it. And they fit perfectly with the stainless steel appliances! Roland also scraped off some awful 80's wallpaper border and vinyl wallcovering before painting. He moved the dishwasher closer to the stove and created additional space to put in a nice deep pull out drawer perfect for my large baking sheets. Because I don't have very many cabinets, I purchased a free standing pantry and Roland assembled it. He also built up one of the shelves to hold the microwave (we don't have much counter space, so every little bit counts!).  He installed a few floating shelves and changed out the 2 ceiling lights to simple glass and chrome ones. What else? Oh, he switched out the door knob/deadbolt for a much better brand. He installed a glass mosiac backsplash and vinyl peel and stick flooring (Allure - at Home Depot). He told me about this flooring - said he had heard good things about it. It looks like wood (well, sort of!), goes down in a flash and has a 25 yr warranty. Good for a modest redo and it looks great! The only part of the kitchen he didn't do was the countertop - I had that professionally installed by Superior (see my review for them). Overall I am very pleased with Roland's work and will have him back to do more projects as time and budget allow."

intent was for all exterior painted surfaces to be repainted.  Contract
said "trim".  We worked out the issue with some increase to cover some
older windows.  Lesson learned, make sure contract matches your
intentions.
