"Lou did a Great Job! The windows had not been cleaned in a year, so they were in rough shape. When Lou was done, the windows were so clear and clean it was like the glass was not even there! Last year I used a company out of Hingham. They charged me exactly TWICE as much as Window Washer Pros, with no discernible difference in the quality of the job. Lou also asked me about the job I wanted done, to clarify the service level and ensure we were on the same page. Very solid "customer first" approach, made me feel comfortable right up front that the job would map to my expectations. As such, the VALUE that Window Washer Pros delivers is spectacular. "The estimator came and examined house and gave a detailed and thorough estimate. After signing contract workers came about 10 days later to begin. Once they started they were done within 2.5 days.
